No matter how many items you purchase or how large they are, shipping is a straightforward flat rate.

UK Standard Shipping: £3.00

Currently, Caitpop ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. I am not offering international shipping at this time, but thank you so much for your interest from afar!

Every order is handled with care, We aim to have your items packed and shipped within 5 business days of your order being placed. If there are any delays, we will contact you.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

To ensure your order arrives safely, depending on the size and weight of your parcel, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or Evri depending on the size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Unboxing Video)

I take great care in packing your orders, but I know things can occasionally happen during transit. To protect your purchase and help me resolve any issues quickly, please record a continuous unboxing video of you opening the parcel .

What to do: Start filming before you open the seal of your package. Ensure the video is uncut and clearly shows the contents as it is opened.

Why an unboxing video?

It serves as total proof if an item is missing or arrives damaged. It allows me to get a replacement or refund sorted for you immediately.

Without a clear unboxing video, I may be unable to process claims for damaged or missing items.
